Glutes and Legs muscle toning!

Hello guys, sorry for an inconvenience. I have been very busy with my  school a lot. For now, I will be posting about an intense muscle toning using higher reps and conditioning which is a combination of deadlifts and deep squats. Of course, most ladies loves booty and legs workout! It’s the most common for ladies haha😜

Workout tips:

  • Warm ups for 10 minutes (jumping jacks or Cardio)
  • Deep squats- 15 to 20 reps/ 5 sets
  • Deadlifts- 15 to 20 reps/ 5 sets
  • Used interval routines with 10 seconds break.
  • Focus on squeezing your butt and legs to contract the muscle (you will feel the burn).
  • Doesn’t need to be fast. Used steady movements and focus on lowering your butt atleast 90 degrees angle or more.
  • Do this 2-3 times a week and you will notice  some improvements! Hope you enjoy it 🙂
