Legs and Glutes day

Hello everyone! I’m so sorry for my delayed posting… I had been busy running errands from holidays and packing for my school.

Tonight, the topic is about having a lean legs and a nice glute workout. Here’s some of my workout tip routine:

  • 15-20 minutes running/ sprinting
  • Barbell Squats- 15 x 4
  • Jack Knives on the bench (V- ups for lower abs)- 15 x 3
  • Bulgarian Split Squats- 10 x 3
  • Barbell Sumo Squats- 15 x 4
  • Dumbbell Squats Thrusters- 10 x 3
  • Leg Extensions- 15 x 4
  • Hip Thrusts- 15 x 4
  • Deadlift- 10 x 3
  • Leg Press- 10 x 3
