Hello everyone! Sorry it’s been a long time that I haven’t post any.. I had been busy doing a holiday errands with the family.

So, the topic for today is that many people ask me “Why I look so young at my age (being 30 years old)?” Well, a lot of you doesn’t know that I am very cautious about my skin. I don’t like having fine lines and eye bags.

One of my favorite things to do is relax. When I need to chill out, I normally experiment things about beauty health care; other than watch a movie, sleep or have a glass of wine.

Making a homemade beauty care is good in both inexpensive and very beneficial for the skin.

Here’s some of my favorite homemade facial mask recipe:

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

Nutmeg and honey will help soothe inflammation and prevent infection while cinnamon and nutmeg will exfoliate your skin when you rinse off the mask. Turmeric is good for spot treatment, dark circles, anti- aging and acne- free skin. Plus, it just smells and taste delicious! (Remember to do a patch test before slathering it all over your face. Skin can be finicky sometimes, and it’s better to be safe than ugly).

Mix all ingredients into a paste and apply to your face. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse off mask with a cold water. Gently scrubbing your skin in a circular motion to exfoliate and soften. You can do this 1-2 weeks.

Enjoy! 🙂
