Workout after the Hike!

Sorry for my late post. I had been busy working on this blog and been traveling lately. This post was after my hike from the jungle. To tell you the truth, hiking itself is an active exercise already. You move all your body weights from walking to climbing.

I’m a type of person that wants to feel the pain and make my body sore for the last 2-3 days. If I don’t feel anything, that means I’m not doing it right.

Workout for that day…

Cardio– 20 minutes| high intense | running, sprinting | treadmill

Lunge walking– 5 minutes | high intense | treadmill

Barbell squat– 10 reps x 4 | 70 pounds weights

Lunge squat– 10 reps x 4 | 50 pounds weights

Oblique jack knife on bench– 10 reps x 4

Jack knife (V- bench crunch)– 10 reps x 4

Sumo barbell squat– 10 reps x 4 | 50 pounds weights
