Exploring some Filipino Exotic Food

 “Isaw” is a street food from the Philippines, made from barbecued pig or chicken intestines. The intestines are cleaned, turned inside out, and cleaned again, repeating the process several times. They are then either boiled, then grilled, or immediately grilled on sticks.

A “Balut” 🐣 is a developing duck embryo that is boiled and eaten in the shell. It originated and is commonly sold as streetfood in the Philippines. They are common food in countries in Southeast Asia, such as Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Life is all about exploring yourself to the outside world. Learning yourself to discover and know the differences of the meaning of culture, lifestyle and quality of each ethnicities and race. Life is all about experience.
